    Experience:

    9years of experience in Cloud HCM Integration space having worked onthree or more implementations and at least one supportproject.

    ExperienceRequired:

    • Extensiveexperience in conception and implementation of custom ABAPdevelopment projects
    • Lead integration topicsin the area of SAP ABAP SAP HCM PA/OMREST/SOAP
    • Conception and implementation ofcustom integration scenarios between Oracle Cloud HCM and SAP HCMon premises with Bosch Integrationtemplate.
    • Implementation of custom integrationsbetween Oracle Cloud HCM and other systems with Oracle OICdesirable.
    • Advanced development skills in SAPABAP to cover implementation necessary adjustments in customdevelopments
    • General understanding and advancedknowledge regarding SAP HCM infotype logic and processes especiallySAP PA&OM
    • Experience/Knowledge in modulesOracle Cloud Core HR Recruitment Compensation Talent ManagementBenefits Time & Labor modules ispreferred.
    • Prepareprocess flows data flow diagrams requirement documents designdocument user training and onboarding documents to support upcomingprojects and enhancements Provide guidance and support to businessstakeholders on system functionality and best practices.
    • Hands on experience in Unit Testing and UAT of issues andcollaborate with the business users to obtain UATsignoff.
    • Has goodunderstanding of the Oracle/SAP HCM products to aid in workshopsand architect solutions.
    • Knowledge ofintermodule dependencies in Oracle HCMproducts.
    • Aware of all the stages ofimplementationmethodology.

    EssentialDuties andResponsibilities:

    Customerinteraction in defining and finalizing the HR processes for theproject.

    Guide theCustomer through facilitated Design sessions and Configurationdecisions based on goodpractice / bestpractice and an understandingof the Customers unique business requirements at all stages of theproject

    Must be able to translate Customerbusiness rules to technical businessrequirements.

    Demonstrate leadership capabilitiesby working with clients directly and leading the engagement.

    Consultants must be able to work independentlyand with others in preparing Configuration workbooks FitGapAnalysis documents Technical specifications Impact AnalysisDocuments.

    Strong attention to detail and goodanalytical and problemsolvingskills.
