    Marketing Head


    Responsibilities :

    • Lead a team of highperforming marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.
    • Harness market insights and analytics to identify untapped opportunities and devise targeted approaches to penetrate the semichronic therapy segment.
    • Forge strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders to amplify our brand presence and expand market reach.
    • Drive brand differentiation through innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
    • Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisionmaking and ensure agility in response to evolving market conditions.
    • Optimize marketing initiatives to maximize ROI and achieve measurable business objectives, with a focus on driving revenue growth and market share.
    • Cultivate a culture of accountability and performance excellence within the marketing team, setting clear expectations and providing ongoing support and development opportunities.

    Preferred Candidate Profile:

    • Ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field, with a preference for candidates with an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
    • A minimum of 14 years of progressive marketing experience within the pharmaceutical industry is required, with a particular emphasis on managing portfolios size between INR Cr, showcasing a track record of driving business growth and surpassing objectives.
    • Is currently working with one of the top 10 pharmaceutical companies in India.
