    JOB PURPOSE

    Driving business objectives and fostering community through social media management. Social Media Manager's primary purpose is to oversee and manage an organization's online presence through various social media platforms.

    KEY OBJECTIVES

    Social Media Manager is an exciting role that allows you to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. It's a crucial and demanding role which entails collaboration with social media agency and internal stakeholders. The objectives can be broadly categorized into five main areas:

    • Planning the social media calendar in accordance with the briefs to achieve the stated business objectives.
    • with the social media agency to produce high standards of content across video, statics, and interactive formats.
    • timely execution of all social media efforts as per alignments.
    • the metrics of the content performance and suggest interventions to amplify and enhance the reach.
    • ownership of social media metrics reporting and providing insights for increasing engagements and fostering community.

    SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

    Social media managers wear many hats, juggling tasks like content creation, community engagement, and data analysis. Successful social media managers are expected to have diverse skillset that blends creativity, communication, and analytical prowess. Competencies we are looking at as follows:

    • Ace at written communication and can create compelling captions, tweets, and other social media copy that resonates with your target audience.
    • to be a great at visual story telling so that agency can be guided to use images, videos, and other visuals to create eye-catching content that stops users scrolling.
    • possess analytical approach and track key metrics like reach, engagement, and website traffic to measure the success of your social media efforts.
    • with the ability to organize and handle multiple workstreams without missing deadlines.
    • to have craft a presentation with clear, concise, and compelling communication that elevates the business communication with the organization.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    The role of social media manager is expected to have the below qualifications:

    • Must Graduation (BMM, BA Literature), Great to Have: MBA in Marketing.
    • experience in social media management as a community manager, content writer or creative visualizer for social media.
    • to have Certifications: Facebook Blueprint, Twitter flight School, Google Analytics
    • in using social media tools like: Hootsuite, Unmetrics, Sprout Social, Buzz Sumo, etc.
    • in Microsoft Office, Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud.

    EXPERIENCE

    • Work Experience: 4 to 7 years
    • Previous Brands: Should have worked with Top Events Venues/Ticketing Platforms/Premium Entertainment OTT Platforms.
    • Project Type Experience: Ideally has worked on multiple digital video projects and should be familiar with production efforts.
    • Influencer Engagement: Has collaborated with multiple influencers as well as celebrities in the previous role to achieve the brand communication goals.
    • Social Media Community: Expected to have hands-on experience on social media management.
