    Description

    Responsibilities-

    Research potential vendors and suppliers

    Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing

    Track orders and ensure timely delivery

    Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.

    Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers

    Identify alternative / new products in the market, undertake cost -benefit analysis

    Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases Like ERP / SAP system

    Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices

    Review quality of purchased products

    Prepare reports on purchases, stock, including cost analyses

    Handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites.

    Control Inventory by optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time

    Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage

    Transfer excess dead stock to other sites

    Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner

    Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers

    Requirements and skills

    Expert in construction material Handle end to end procurement of the assigned material and ensure timely delivery of materials at sites and timely payment to suppliers.

    Hands-on experience with purchasing software (e.g. ERP / SAP)

    Proven work experience as a Purchasing Officer, Purchasing Executive or similar role

    Understanding of supply chain procedures

    Good knowledge of real estate industry related materials

    Control Inventory by optimizing lot size and reducing delivery lead time.

    Enhance value of the product / services and make annual rate contracts obtain alternate products / vendors or substituting the OEM's
