    About the role

    We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Product Manager to join our company. As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the adoption, engagement and retention of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, implement strategies and ensure our products deliver value to customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy across the product lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention and referral.
    • Identify and implement growth loops, funnels and flywheel opportunities to scale the user base and increase product adoption.
    • Analyze user behavior, market trends and product performance to uncover growth opportunities.
    • Design, implement and interpret A/B tests and experiments to optimize growth initiatives.
    • Work closely with product, engineering, marketing and design teams to align growth efforts with the broader business strategy.
    • Advocate for user needs and ensure a seamless customer journey through cross-functional coordination.
    • Identify opportunities for expansion into new segments, markets or geographies.
    • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for product launches or feature rollouts.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science or related field; MBA is a plus.
    • 5+ years of experience in product management, growth or a related role, preferably within fintech or tech startups.
    • Proven track record of driving measurable growth in a product or service.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Experience in launching or scaling products.
