    Through our brand Klynk we are on a mission to revolutionize the way people cook and connect with food We're obsessed with creating exceptional customer experiences, and we're looking for a passionate & detail-oriented Market Research Analyst to join our team.

    What you'll do:

    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences related to Kitchen Automation products in India.
    • Analyze consumer behavior, purchasing patterns, and market segmentation to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.
    • Gather data on market size, growth potential, and key opportunities for market penetration and expansion in India & abroad
    • Monitor and track competitor activities, including product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret research findings and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
    • Support product development initiatives by providing market insights and customer feedback to guide feature prioritization and product enhancements.
    • Prepare and present insightful reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and strategic recommendations.
    • Help inform decision-making regarding marketing & sales decisions using a consistent & regularly maintained research discipline
    • Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the Kitchen Automation sector.

    What we think you'll need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
    • Proven experience (2-4 years) in market research or business analysis, preferably within the consumer electronics, home appliances, or technology sectors.
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise reports and presentations.
    • Proficiency in using market research tools and databases and data analysis software
    • Strategic mindset with a keen interest in emerging technologies and innovation.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a dynamic start-up environment.
    • Knowledge of the Indian consumer market and cultural nuances is highly desirable.
