    Job Role - The key areas of responsibilities are as follows:

    • Conduct market research, including competitive benchmarking, and analyze campaign effectiveness used to inform decisions regarding strategic marketing direction, product segmentation and customer targeting.
    • Establish an approach which will help plan, analyze and optimize acquisition, engagement and remarketing campaigns.
    • Create regular performance and ROI forecasts for Digital & Marketing based on historic lead performance in order to optimize monthly marketing spend.
    • Enhance Customer profiling based on Customer Data Platform in conjunction with a 3rd Party Partner and other sources within organization.
    • Establish KPI Framework and Reporting Structure for Campaign Reporting
    • Achieve higher degree of personalization in Digital Communications
    • Customer Journey on Web and Mobile.
    • Customer segmentation to send relevant campaigns.
    • Improve customer engagement and campaign conversion rate.
    • Campaign planning, management and execution.
    • Prepost campaign analysis to determine campaign impact.
    • Migrate to a More customer centric Marketing Approach.
    • Overseeing the daytoday operations and performance of the company's website.
    • Ensuring a seamless user experience and implementing SEO strategies.
    • Manage Website/CMS governance and processes for the business plus marketing automation tools.
    • Analyzing website's metrics and staying updated on industry trends to enhance online presence

    Knowledge & Essential Skills:

    • Strong understanding of Mutual Fund Industry
    • Experience in Client acquisition.
    • Project Management Experience
    • Excellent Communication
    • Good Presentation Skills
    • Ability to work cross functionally to drive customer experience improvements
    • Strong technical understanding of the Digital space and Digital Marketing products.
