ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Take lead and coordinate with all stake holders of the project.

Preparation of Master construction schedule in discussion with all team members.

Conduct design coordination meetings and update the design development in line with master schedule.

Prompt in daily activity tracking and updating

Prepare and circulate reports like DPR, WPR & MPR.

Prepare and circulate MoMs after every meeting.

Prepare and present ppt in line with review meeting agenda.

Preparing special or any reports and documents in line with management instruction.

Share Drawing status & Design development status reports on weekly basis. Ability to work on multiple projects.

Project documentation maintenance

Qualifications | Skills:

Minimum of B.E. Civil + Post graduate diploma from NICMAR or M.E in Construction Management with 7 years of experience in industrial/ logistics park development.

Well versed with MS Project & Primavera

Good in AutoCAD drawing review.

Good in analytical and logical reasoning.

Able to work under pressure in fast-track projects.

Take lead in all initiatives directed by the management.

Team player

Willing to travel across project sites.
