    Senior Digital Fault Tolerance Specialist

    We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our digital fault tolerance efforts.

    • Our ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in scan insertion and automatic test pattern generation (ATPG).

    The successful applicant will also possess excellent knowledge of Synopsys, Cadence Modus, and Tessent tools, as well as a good understanding of memory built-in self-test (MBIST), JTAG, and fault models including stuck-at and transition faults. End-to-end DFT implementation experience is preferred but not required.
