Job summary
Team Lead with strong experience managing a team of 5–8 recruiters in contract and C2H hiring Own and drive end-to-end recruitment delivery for contingent workforce and managed services Provide daily guidance mentoring and performance tracking to ensure SLA and compliance adherence Act as SME for sourcing strategies across job portals referrals networking and professional platforms Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand workforce needs and delivery priorities Ensure high-quality screening candidate engagement offer management smooth onboarding Maintain optimize internal talent databases aligned with skill sets client requirements Support process improvements reporting transition activities per client guidelines
