    Job Title: Sr Associate FP&A

    Shift: 3 PM to 12 Midnight - Drop will be provided (One way cab)

    Notice Period: 15 Days or Less, Officially 1 Month (Negotiable),

    Exp: 5-7 Yrs

    Mandatory Skill set:

    Strong Knowledge of accounting concepts and financial planning & Analysis. Good communication skills, Positive attitude, Client Management. Should be able to handle the client's needs independently and deliver efficient accounting service commitments to client by effectively engaging and developing the team. Good knowledge on Excel.

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

    Team is looking for Finance Associate who will closely work with various stakeholders to understand business transactions and ensure they are processed and accounted for in appropriate categories accurately.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • In this role, the person will be responsible for all the activities related to FP&A domain and month end activities.
    • Preparation of monthly summary of actuals posted in SAP.
    • Preparation of variance analysis on monthly actuals versus forecasts.
    • Identifies relevant transaction and consider these in management reporting and forecasting.
    • Acquires and discuss budget assumptions with Business Unit.
    • Prepares and facilitates the annual budgeting and monthly forecast process with all the Business Units and all the relevant functions.
    • Perform Reporting and prepare monthly, quarterly dashboard on financial performance of the organisation.
    • Supports and facilitates discussion of annual budget and monthly rolling estimates.
    • Explain Opex Expenditure variances versus prior year, budget plan and prior forecast.
    • Prepares and publishes Expenses Reports to relevant parties.
    • Answers to ad hoc queries, working autonomously as an SME for Planning and reporting matters.
    • Ensure compliance with the company policy on confidentiality.
    • Demonstrate client/partner management and project management skills.
    • Work closely on Reporting tools.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • CMA/MBA in Finance with at least 5-7 Years of experience.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably from Shared Service industry.
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • High proficiency in MS Office preferably data modelling experience and advanced working knowledge of MS Excel.
    • Good Working Knowledge on SAP, Net-suite, Hyperion.
    • Good accounting concepts.
    • Good Interpersonal skills.
