    Position Summary:

    The Workday Lead Analyst plays a critical role in managing, optimizing, and continuously enhancing the organization's Workday system. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Workday, providing user support, maintaining data integrity, and aligning the system with evolving business needs.

    Responsibilities:

    1. System Administration: Oversee the administration of the Workday system, including configuration, security, and user access management. Lead the implementation of releases and upgrades. Administer routine cadence such as performance management and merit increase cycle.

    2. Customization and Development: Evaluate functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize the use of Workday. Perform configuration, testing and documentation. Lead the development and customization to streamline HR processes and enhance system efficiency

    3. Data Management: Establish and maintain data quality standards, perform data audits, and manage data migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy within Workday

    4. User Support: Provide expert-level user support, troubleshooting issues, assist users in effectively utilizing Workday functionalities, and develop and deliver user training

    5. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards, meeting evolving data and reporting needs

    6. Change Management: Lead change management initiatives related to Workday enhancements and updates, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption

    Decision making:

    The Workday Lead Analyst has decision-making authority in the areas of system configuration, customization, data management, and the prioritization of enhancements and updates. They have the responsibility to make decisions related to system administration, user support, and data integrity. In collaboration with HR, Legal and IT, they make decisions regarding system security.

    · Optimizes Work Processes: Take initiatives in identifying opportunities to streamline HR processes through system optimization. Regularly assesses and refines work processes, drive continuous improvement to maximize efficiency and user satisfaction

    Technical Knowledge and Skills

    • Proven in-depth expertise in Workday modules including Core HCM, Absence, Time-Off, Advanced Compensation, Talent & Performance and Recruiting
    • Proficient in creating and modifying Workday business processes, security, reports, calculated fields and custom objects
    • Familiarity with Workday integrations and ability to troubleshoot integration issues
    • Must have working knowledge in HR policies, practices and processes
    • Ideally holding a Workday Pro accreditation or certification

    Position Requirements:

    1. Education: University Degree required, prefer in Human Resources, Information Technology or similar

    1. Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as HRIS Specialist, minimum 2 years with Workday

    3. IT Skills: Strong IT skills and proficiency in HRIS, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office

    1. Language Skills: Verbal and written fluency in English
    2. Working arrangements: minimum 3 days a week in the office
    3. Traveling required: Occasional travel to other sites may be required.
