This role is pivotal in educating and mentoring the next generation of AI professionals, with a focus on the principles and applications of generative AI models. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI and machine learning, with hands-on experience in generative models, and a commitment to high-quality teaching and research.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Excellence:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive curriculum and lectures on generative AI, machine learning, and related subjects.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate these into the curriculum.
• Conduct practical sessions, workshops, and seminars to provide hands-on experience in AI model training and development.

Student Guidance and Mentorship:

• Provide academic and career guidance to students.
• Supervise student projects and research in the field of generative AI.
• Evaluate and assess student performance through assignments, exams, and practical projects.

Research and Development:

• Engage in research activities in the field of generative AI and publish findings in reputable journals and conferences.
• Collaborate with industry and academic partners for research projects and initiatives.
• Seek and manage research funding and grants.

Community and Industry Engagement:

• Represent the institution at industry events, conferences, and seminars.
• Build partnerships with industry leaders to facilitate knowledge exchange and provide real-world exposure to students.
• Contribute to public awareness and education about AI through talks, articles, and community outreach programs.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of academic policies and procedures.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of educational programs.
• Contribute to the overall growth and reputation of the institution.

Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in teaching and research with a focus on generative AI.
• Strong record of publications and presentations in relevant AI fields.
• Proficiency in programming languages and tools relevant to AI and machine learning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
