- Payroll Functional : - Total minimum 7 to 10 years experience on Oracle Application HRMS and Payroll modules.
- Experience on UK legislation on Oracle Ebiz Payroll 12.2, including HMRC RTI processing
- Good understanding of Absence schemes and setup
- Provided support on UK Payroll and Pension with minimum 2-3 years experience on Public sector
- Depth Knowledge in Oracle HR concepts and Payroll processes
- Worked on Fast formulas, Payroll processing and year end payroll processes
- Provide Good understanding of Oracle Payroll, Oracle Time and Labour (OTL) or Oracle Core
- HR best practise implementation methodology and align any solution desig
