We are looking for a Marketing Manager – Real Estate who will create engagement creatives for projects weekly updates including reels progress photos promotions Channel Partner Engagement Monthly content creation to engage CPs partner success stories incentives Lead Generation via CRM Design & integrate lead forms on website/social platforms Coordinate lead journey and ensure lead quality tracking Analytics & Reporting Share monthly insights on digital reach CTRs engagement conversions Website Management & SEO Monthly updates to website content implementation of SEO strategies Improve keyword rankings site performance Brand Engagement Plan Develop execute monthly marketing calendars Social Media Content Creation 12 static posts 4 reels per month per brand property showcases testimonials company culture etc Blog Writing & Distribution Weekly blogs on LinkedIn other platforms market updates founder insights Podcast Coordination Coordinate recording publishing of monthly podcast featuring MD Event Marketing Plan promote virtual/in-person event Email Marketing Campaigns Design execute newsletters nurturing campaigns Video Production Coordination Manage creation of project walkthroughs brand videos Create design brochures hoardings digital launch creatives for projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing Mass Comm or equivalent.
- 2–4 years experience in performance marketing preferably in real estate.
