Job Title: Sales Executive

Department: Sales

Reporting To: Branch Manager/ Location Head

Reportees: None

Role & Responsibilities:

• Approaching Client for Selling our Construction Chemicals
• Generate/Develop New Sales.
• Achieve Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly sales targets.
• Interaction with all internal departments and customers to design, negotiate, and drive to close the deal.
• Accountable to develop, implement and manage Business Development activities
• Updating CRM, Daily Activity Report, etc. on daily basis.
• Any other tasks as assigned by the management

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

(Minimum educational requirement, special skills and knowledge and any other requirements needed for satisfactory (Desired) performance on the job):

Preferred Industry

Preferably from Tiles Manufacturing industry or any other ceramic industry

Educational Qualifications

Min. Bachelors Degree (Along with Diploma would be preferred/handy)

Experience

3 to 4 years.

Technical Skills

Should be good in Microsoft word/excel reporting.

General Skills

Good personality and communication ability, should sound very clear while taking/presentation, word/excel/ppt

presentation skills, should be very good in reading and writing.

Qualifiers (Min. Criteria)

Min. Bachelors Degree (Along with Diploma would be preferred/handy)

• Strong communication skills and capable of handling key accounts individually.
• Should be a team player with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Should be willing to work long hours and handle high-pressure situations.
• Excellent oral, written, organization, presentation and independent workload management skills.
• Should love to read and write.
