About the Role
We are looking for a Call Centre Data Expert who understands both technology and large-scale operations. This role sits at the intersection of data, tele-calling infrastructure, analytics, and political campaign execution.
You will design, manage, optimize and future-proof data systems for large call centre teams working in the political domain.
This is not a backend-only role. It requires operational maturity, team handling experience, and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage call centre data architecture
Build and optimize data collection, cleaning, and validation pipelines
Create dashboards for real-time monitoring of calling performance
Manage CRM systems and data flow between field, digital, and central teams
Ensure data accuracy, deduplication, segmentation, and reporting standards
Analyze voter feedback, sentiment trends, and behavioral patterns
Work closely with telecalling managers to improve productivity metrics
Lead and manage large calling/data teams (50–300+ scale)
Anticipate future data needs for political campaigns and build scalable systems
Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance protocols
Candidate Profile
B.Tech / B.E. / Data Science / Computer Science from a Tier 1 institution
2–5 years of experience in:
Call centre tech systems
CRM management
Large dataset handling
Campaign or political data (preferred)
Experience handling or supervising large operational teams
Strong in:
Excel (advanced)
Google Sheets
Data visualization tools
CRM tools
Comfortable working in high-pressure, dynamic political environments
Strategic mindset with ability to think ahead and build scalable systems
Bengali language proficiency preferred
Willing to work in political domain and travel if required
