Surgery Clinic Management Software

Developed a Surgery Clinic Workflow Management Application for cosmetic surgery clinic to manage and automate their day-to-day workflow.

- The application syncs with DrChrono to fetch the doctor’s schedule and display it to patients. The patients can view available slots and book appointments after making the requisite payments. Stripe payment gateway is integrated.

- The application sends appointment reminders to the patients via text messages. The application also fetches patient history from DrChrono and allows the doctor to take notes which are then
synced back to this EHR.

- The staff can see all the patients scheduled for the day/week/month in a calendar view and see the status of all the patients in a Kanban view. The staff and the patients are assigned To-Do’s and tasks for pre-surgery and
post-surgery stages.
