I am a highly motivated educational professional with 16 years of comprehensive experience in school administration, teaching, and academic coordination. Currently, I serve as the Principal of Divine International CBSE Sr. Sec. School in Jhunjhunu, where I have successfully led various initiatives including NCC affiliation, establishing an ATL (Robotics) Lab under Niti Aayog, and securing NIOS affiliation.

My previous roles include a three-year tenure as Principal at Cambridge Convent Sr. Sec. CBSE School, where I contributed significantly to school management and student development. Additionally, I served as Principal at M.K.M. Sr. Sec. Academy in Laxmangarh, achieving remarkable academic results with 21 students scoring above 90% in their 12th board examinations within just two years.

With a strong foundation in educational administration, I have also worked as a Coordinator and PGT at Smt. Godavari Bai Ramdeo Podar Sen. Sec. CBSE School. In this role, I handled administrative duties, CBSE coordination, and technology integration, including creating and maintaining mobile apps and ERP systems. I have a proven track record in organizing curricular and co-curricular activities, managing student attendance, and ensuring a disciplined and safe school environment.

My academic background includes multiple advanced degrees: an MBA in HRM, an M.Sc. in Biotechnology, an M.A. in English, an M.Com, and a B.Ed. I am also CTET qualified. My technical skills are extensive, with proficiency in MS Office, school management software, and CBSE portal documentation.

Beyond administrative and teaching responsibilities, I have contributed to academia through research and publications, with nine research papers presented and published at international and national conferences. I am also an author and poet, with two books published. My extracurricular achievements include organizing seminars as the Convener of Intach Shekhawati chapter, and a hobby career as a singer in an orchestra.
