Production Planning & Control: Managing overall plant operations with a view to ensuring timely accomplishments of production targets within the time and cost parameters. Effective resource planning for optimizing man & machine utilization, reducing wastes for enhancing productivity and profitability. Ensuring optimum inventory for obtaining maximum utilization of machinery as well as dispatching material on schedule as per the customer’s requirement.

CAREER MILESTONES

Executed various projects such as:

Refinery: 

• Fabrication erection and commissioning experience of Sharples refinery.
• Processed all kinds of edible oils in Sharples refinery and also processed 1000 tons of Saffola
• Commissioned  Sharples Refinery at Sangli.
• Processing in Alfa-Laval Refinery & Erection of Alfa-Laval Refinery. 100 TPD Physical Refinery.

Dewaxing Plant 

• Designed erected and commissioned Dewaxing Plants for sunflower Oil & carried out erection work of  Refinery.

Solvent Extraction Plant 

• Expansion, erection and commissioning of Preparatory Section and solvent Extraction Plant, Expander with Squeezomatic and Soya bean seed in Expander.

Cattle Feed Plant

• Erection and commissioning and fabrication of Power tech-type Cattle Feed Plant. Formulation experience of cattle feed and poultry feed 

Boiler Section: 

• Designed boiler house & also fabricated & erected it. I have erection and commissioning experience with Babcock Wilcox-type water tube Boilers & Thermax Boilers. Designed fabricated and erected Bagasse conveyor for the Boiler.

Laboratory Section

• Analysed Oils, Soaps, Detergents, and Cattle Feed and Poultry Feed. The raw material analysis required for oils, soaps & detergents, and cattle feed and poultry feed plants.

Soaps and Detergents

• Erection, commissioning, and processing experience in soaps and detergent formulation of soaps and detergent and detergent powders.

Effluent Treatment Plant

• Erection and commissioning of the effluent treatment plant.

Oil Mills 

• Erected one seed cleaning and flaking unit for rapeseeds so that maximum oil can be recovered from the rapeseed with the help of a single crushing method.
