"Christmas waves a magic wand over this world, and behold, everything is softer and more beautiful"

Christmas is always associated with fond memories originating right from the early childhood as far as memory could roll back!.I believe in the magical power of Santa to make everyone happy.I secretly wish that "Santa" also should have that magical power to take us back in time at least during this period of the year!.This wishful thinking! has origins of my deep rooted faith in the power of "Santa" to make everyone happy.

While we were very young we enjoyed 10 days Christmas vacation. Studying in a school where we had a Church next to the school made this all the more memorable. We could feel the enthusiasm in the air and the festival spirit getting in from the activities going on around us even before the vacation started!...Looking back those were great experiences destined to last a lifetime!.

Moving to the college added more splendor and fun to this celebrations.Studying in a college and staying together in hostel made it possible for us to celebrate it together as friends (Though we missed our home front on such occasions when we have not traveled back to our home)...Sometimes it was the service camps(NSS/NGO) that we have taken up which used to be our Christmas celebration spots also..! (Under National service scheme(NSS),A sort of a voluntary initiatives by the students where the focus was to help develop the rural areas through collectively working together for making roads and such....)

Once started working, things changed again. But with enthusiastic colleagues, friends and family members we could always re-live the Christmas spirit..#Peace on earth will come to stay, When we live Christmas every day#

For me Christmas is also about :Believing in the power of "Santa" to make everyone happy. As kids we have grown up with the idea that a "wish list" given to Santa would be fulfilled in the due course of time.Santa for all us thus became an image of all good things and great qualities such as being kind, considerate, efficient and many more such virtues worth emulating in our life also.#So Isn't it our duty also to make "Santa" also happy at least whenever possible?

I believe that expressing gratitude for what we are blessed with and taking a pledge to help others to come up in life would make "Santa" really really happy if we were to think that way!.

Anyone has any thoughts to share on what would make Santa really really Happy? ...Merry Christmas to all my friends well in advance..#Christmas is not a time nor a season, but a state of mind. To cherish peace and goodwill, to be plenteous in mercy, is to have the real spirit of Christmas# Thanks Everyone.
