We are urgently looking for Back Office Operations -Stock Broking location based at New Delhi (Barakhamba)

Key Responsibility Area

  • Creation of Client UCI in all exchanges,
  • Settlement of exchange funds / securities payin pay outs, margins, for NSE, BSE, MCX.
  • Trade processing, stock reconciliations, reporting of funds, holdings on weekly / monthly uploads,
  • General Accounting knowledge related to general accounts procedure. Experience in handling and operating CDSL DP System (cdas)
  • Creation of Pledge for Margin shortfall / Exposure.
  • Interacting with clients for resolving queries/ reporting etc.
  • Good knowledge of MS Word MS Excel, etc.
  • Implementation of internal controls and process to smoother operations
  • Ensuring compliance requirements as per SEBI Regulations. Coordinating with Backoffice vendor to resolve system.
  • Coordinate Internal exchange audit.
  • Internal department Coordination

Salary - Upto 4.80 LPA
