Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-spoken Tele Sales Associate to join our fast-growing jewelry digitization company.
The role will be to expand our existing customer base, principally by reaching out to prospective clients through the phone and engaging them with our digital capabilities.
You will join a fun and friendly environment, where everyone loves what they do and focuses on delivering immaculate work that breaks new ground and engages customers.
We are extremely passionate about the intersection of jewelry and technology and how technology can be applied to digital jewelry imagery to craft powerful presentations.
What you will do
- Initiate sales with potential customers across geographies over the phone.
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of the sales pitch.
- Focus on customer needs and adequately answer their questions regarding the services and background of the company.
- Turn leads into deals.
- Be up to date on all services and new developments of the company and inform the potential customers about the same.
- Regularly maintain customer information, status, and reactions.
- Communicate respectfully and politely with customers at all times.

What we need from you
- Diploma or Undergraduate degree.
- Minimum 12 months of work experience in Sales (Lead Generation/International Sales preferred).
- International telesales experience in countries like the US, UK, Hong Kong & Australia.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (like CRM software) & telephone systems
Reporting
- Tele Sales Associate will report to the Sales Manager.
