Location:
Wayanad


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients for Chinese dishes, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces.
  • Cook and plate Chinese dishes according to established recipes and standards.
  • Monitor food levels and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Ensure all food products are stored, handled, and prepared safely and in accordance with food safety guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Contribute ideas for menu development and innovation within the Chinese cuisine section.
  • Assist in training junior kitchen staff as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or sous chef.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience working as a Commi or in a similar role, preferably specializing in Chinese cuisine.
  • Knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavors.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and presentation.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and recipes accurately.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized institution is a plus.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

  • Wayanad, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
