Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their journey with our company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and proactively addressing any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure customer success and drive business growth.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and successful implementation of our products or services.
- Monitor customer accounts, track usage, and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling.
- Conduct regular checkins with customers to gather feedback, address any challenges, and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to customers, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our products or services.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate customer records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Prior experience in customer service or business operations is preferred but not required.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly, with a strong desire to continuously improve and grow in the role.
Job Type:
Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year
