Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Take incoming calls using Footprints systems and answer all the concerns of
- Make telephone calls to the leads assigned by the system.
- Prequalify the leads by asking questions about their location, profiles, interests etc.
- Present information to the lead about the Footprints and Capture and Document
- Schedule and make followup calls to assess the level of interest of the prospect and
- Do the followup calls for admissions once the prospect has visited the center
- Timely response to all incoming calls and WhatsApp messages
- Completing followups on a daily basis as per business requirements and defined
- KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS
- Lead Conversion Rates: Visits arranged & Admissions done
- Meeting standard calling SLAs (Calling Hours, Dial Time) and Targets SLA
- Audits reports without any noncompliance
EXPERIENCE:
2-3 Years
TIMING &
LOCATION:
Monday - Friday(9 Hours Shift), and Saturday(6 hrs shift) Gurgaon
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Good computer skills.
- Good English Verbal communication skills

₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
