Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our interior design services.


Responsibilities:


  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their design preferences, budgetary constraints, and project timelines.
  • Collaborate closely with our design team to develop tailored design proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, demonstrating a proactive and resultsoriented approach to achieving objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project details using our CRM system.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the interior design or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Highly organized and detailoriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to travel to client meetings, events, and industry conferences as needed.

Pay:
₹25, ₹45,000.00 per month
