Job Roles and Responsibilities
- [1]. Greet customers as they enter
[2]. Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients [3]. Take orders while paying attention to details
[4]. Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance needs.
[5]. Comply with health and safety regulations
[6]. Communicate customer feedback to managers
