We at Arete Securities are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Fixed Income Broking Team.Location:
Mumbai (On-site)
Responsibilities
- Execute endtoend corporate bonds and moneymarket trades
- Maintain relationship with existing clients and develop new relationships to generate new business
- Liaise with clients to identify their requirements and provide guidance on the available assets on the basis of this requirement
- Effectively communicate your clients' requirement to the entire team, generate relevant prices and drive the deal towards conclusion
- Stay abreast with the latest development in the market, both domestic and overseas
- Stay updated with regulatory requirements pertaining to the debt capital market and any changes made by the regulators
Key Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree + MBA /CFA / CA degree would be an added advantage though not mandatory
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and highpressure environment
- Working knowledge of the Indian Debt Capital Markets
- Sound understanding of financial markets and fundamentals of economics
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
- Strong relationship and people management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
Salary:
₹650, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
