  • Manage and deliver end to end implementation of the Zimyo Product with the client starting from understanding client HR processes to conducting User Acceptance Testing and taking the client live as per the defined timelines
  • Understanding the client business processes and mapping them to Zimyo Product
  • Identifying gaps and suggesting workarounds to clients to efficiently complete the implementation
  • Validating any requirements received from the client as a business process and raising the same to the Tech team
  • Conducting Key User Training to the client SPOCs and helping the client with the training material for End User Training
  • Assisting customers in data migration with advanced spreadsheet skills and translate these into product configuration specifications

Qualifications:


  • 1
-2 years experience in HR generalist.

  • Deadline oriented and able to multitask
  • Key behavioral traits: Agility, Analytical, Ownership and Accountability
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
