Description

KORA is seeking a highly motivated and organized marketing coordinator to manage a diverse range of marketing activities across our website, PR, Digital, Social Media, and Print Media.

This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of marketing initiatives, from enhancing our website's user experience to coordinating influencer partnerships and print media campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

1.
Website

  • Homepage and product page design: Collaborate with the design team to improve the look and feel of our homepage and product page layout to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Product Allocation: Ensure effective product allocation on the homepage according to categories to promote featured product.
  • Banner Content: Select compelling banner images and create content, including collection names and oneliners, to drive customer engagement and convey key massages.
  • Image Selection: Assist in selecting and optimizing images after photo shoots to maintain high quality visuals on the website
  • SEO Optimization: Create product description and one
- liners using relevant keywords to improve SEO ranking and online visibility.

  • Blog Support: Provide basic ideation for blog content to engage our audience and drive traffic.

PR

  • Influencer Collaboration: Research Potential influencers and curate a list from agencies for collaboration.
  • Content Conceptualization: Collaborate with influencers to conceptualize content and script creation for influencer reels.
  • Caption Creation: Develop engaging caption for collaborative influencer postings.
  • Concept Planning: Plan concept based influencer collaborations that align with our brand and individual store strategies.
  • Media Allocation: Choose suitable music for concept based influencer reels.

Posting Timelines:
Ensure the final edit approval and collaborate with influencers to set posting schedules based on active engagement algorithms.

Digital

  • Whatsapp Marketing: Create marketing message and image creative for whatsapp marketing, including product allocation.
  • Festive/

Wedding Ad Campaigns:
Collaborate with the web team to plan and describe ad campaigns for festive and wedding seasons.

4.
Social Media

  • Festive Calendar: Plan a festive calendar for social media content.
  • Story Planning: Develop a date wise story plan with graphic references, copywriting, wording placement, and product inclusion
  • Font Selection: Choose appropriate fonts to maintain a consistent brand images.
  • Grind Planning: Create a date wise posting schedule, approve captions and hashtags, and allocate music for stories and post if needed.

Print Media

  • Advertisement Coordination: Coordinate with advertising agencies for hoardings, newspaper ads, and PVR advertisements.
  • Catalogue and Campaigns: Approve catalogues, select collections names for campaigns and crate campaigns writeups and layouts.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing coordination and familiarity with various marketing channels.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in SEO and digital marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and content creation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross
