    Description

    The Insights product is an offering for Guidepoint's Institutional investment and corporate clients, that offers teleconferences, surveys, and in-person events. The teleconferences live in a transcript library portal, which covers a wide of industries/topics that enables our clients to make informed decisions. All content features experts from Guidepoint's proprietary global network and is conceptualized and hosted by former investment professionals (i.e., private equity/hedge fund), sell-side equity research analysts, and industry professionals.     Guidepoint Insights Sales & Marketing Support team plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all our content reaches the right audience in a timely manner. This team creates the bridge between the client and our content.

    This team works closely with product teams and the Chief Commercial Officer at Guidepoint Insights based in New York.

    Job Title – Sales & Marketing Operations Associate - Insights

    Location - Mumbai (BKC)

    Work Type - Full time - Hybrid

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Create and maintain relevant client lists for push marketing of upcoming events and transcripts
  • Continuously monitor client requests to ensure clients receive relevant content
  • Ensure that all new clients are onboarded with appropriate tags and added to the correct marketing lists
  • Review Insights content on a daily basis and share it with relevant clients
  • Update client preferences in CRM and ensure they are accurate
  • Interact with internal stakeholders including marketing, sales and content team
  • Assist with special projects on an as needed basis

    • WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Must have minimum 2 years Sales/ Marketing Experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong research skills
  • Familiarity with CRM databases
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet communicated deadlines
