I am a seasoned Company Secretary and Governance Professional having rich experience in managing complex regulatory, statutory and legal matters across different industry verticals. I have rich experience of directly liaising with eminent Board / Committee Members and Statutory/Regulatory bodies.

Presently associated with National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL). NSDL is first and largest depository in India, established in August 1996 and promoted by institutions of national stature has established a state-of-the-art infrastructure that handles most of the securities held and settled in dematerialized form in the Indian capital market. Although India had a vibrant capital market which is more than a century old, the paper-based settlement of trades caused substantial problems like bad delivery and delayed transfer of title, etc. The enactment of Depositories Act in August 1996 paved the way for establishment of NSDL. I am responsible for Secretarial & Legal exposure of 3 public Companies regulated by SEBI and RBI. I have around 8 years of post qualification experience.

I am qualified company secretary along with I also have successfully completed Bachelor in Law from University of Mumbai
