The variation of grades within the family will depend on the complexity of the services and tasks required.

The EA function is led by a Team Manager in the region.

  • 5 to 8 years' experience of supporting an Executive / Senior Leader
  • Experience of a financial services company or other Intense or fastmoving environment highly desirable
  • Polished & professional. Communication & organisational skills are key.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provides dedicated administrative and organisational support to up to 4 Senior leaders as assigned from time to time by the function.
  • Acts as the face of the leader in the case of facetoface meetings.
  • Provides complex diary management support.
  • Supports incoming communication, correspondence on behalf of the Executives.
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships both internally and with clients and other key contacts.
  • Assists with the coordination of Townhalls and offsite events for the leader, with onsite supporting Team.
  • Arranges complex, multisector travel itineraries and accommodation, and manages complex expense processes, using the inhouse travel tool and team, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Ensuring appropriate security measures are in place for travel in highrisk areas.
  • Keeping Executives compliance records updated, with gifts/entertainment etc.
  • Support the expense processes from raising claims, POs and setting up suppliers for the leaders / function.
  • Works within the Executive Function in a cohesive manner
  • Identifies opportunities for continuous improvement to support the broader Executive Support community.
  • Being Holiday Cover for your other EA partners as required.
