Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and create unique and innovative designs for ethnic clothing that appeal to our target audience
Research and stay uptodate with the latest fashion trends and styles in the ethnic industry
Work closely with the production team to ensure that designs are translated into highquality finished products
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing and effective product presentations
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all designs are completed within tight deadlines
Ensure that all designs meet the company's quality standards and are in line with the company's brand image
Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay informed about the latest market trends and to network with other professionals in the industry
Maintain accurate records of all designs, including sketches, technical specifications, and color swatches
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure that all designs meet the needs of our customers

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field
Minimum of 6 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in the ethnic industry
Strong knowledge of traditional and ethnic clothing designs and techniques
Excellent creativity and artistic ability
Proficiency in computeraided design (CAD) software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design techniques.
