  • Minimum experience:
  • 23 years of customer service experience.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skillset:

  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Proficient in using reservation systems

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist guests with checkin and checkout procedures.
  • Provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize reservation systems to manage bookings and room assignments.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve issues.
  • Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere at the help desk.

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary:

₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
