Primary Responsibilities:

Engage in comprehensive client consultations to gain a thorough understanding of their property needs and preferences.
Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our services to clients.
Cultivate relationships with potential clients through proactive sales outreach.
Expertly manage requirements and negotiate new business agreements to completion.
Actively pursue business prospects through proactive outreach endeavors.
Set and diligently pursue annual targets and objectives for successful outcomes.
Utilize insightful analysis to identify fresh opportunities and address business requirements.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree is required.
Ideally possess 0 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Exceptional customer service skills are highly valued.
