We are hiring for a Customer support Executive - Bengaluru.
Experience : 6 Months - 3 Years

Job Role:
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing those needs.
- Handle customer queries, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
- Updating the queries and given resolution given in the system/ tool
- Maintain the SLA

- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience as a Customer Support or similar CS role
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Multitasking abilities
Salary:
₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year
