Job Description:

We are hiring a Technical Architect for the design of our Information Technology system and for supervising it to make sure that proper technical architecture is implemented.

In other words, you will make sure that our internal Information Technology framework is fully functional.

This job requires you to possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to translate complicated requirements into working architecture.

We'll prefer that you have firsthand experience in software development along with the ability to manage complicated programs.

Requirements:

Experience in J2EE and open source technologies.

Experience in Micro service, Cloud, CICD, DevOps and Agile methodology.

Experience in Banking domain is must.

Experience in architecting high availability Enterprise solutions & platforms, enterprise patterns and architectures.

Experience working in Database, Mobile and web platforms.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills combined with customer facing skills and ability to work in cross functional teams.

Experience in working with technology leadership to define technical roadmap and strategies.

Experience in leading/mentoring a team of senior engineers or architects.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the IT needs of the company to define its technical requirements.

Designing and planning the structure for a technology solution.

Sharing the system requirements with software development teams.

Providing technical assistance in the solution of technical problems as soon as they happen.

Ensuring that the infrastructure and architecture are in accordance with the company's design policy.

Addressing technical concerns, suggestions and ideas.

Monitoring systems to make sure that they meet the business goals while being user-friendly.
