Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised care to our patients
- Coordination between doctors/patients and departments
- Supervision and coordination of billings
- New patients follow up & maintain and follow up daily patients (new and old).
- Maintaining and preparing daily / weekly / monthly reports.
- Strategy and planning for the new patient in flow
- Cost counselling the patient on treatment advised by doctors
- Understand patient profile & problem
- Provide every possible help they need throughout their journey
- Advise patients about the services they may need through structured discussions. Ensure they understand our value proposition
- Generate and drive revenue by providing greater awareness and information of our services
- Create or increase interest in our service offerings
- Should Travel across Delhi NCR region
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's required
- Medical field preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of 1 to 3 years in healthcare industry
- Prior experience in Operations in Hospital preferred
- Open to a startup environment
- Ability to develop and maintain good public relations
- CTC 3.0L to 3.5L PA based on experience
- Should be fluent in English, Hindi
- Preferred immediate joiner
- Comfortable to work in Night shifts

₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month
