Key Responsibilities:

Order Entry:
Accurately input sales orders into the company's order management system, ensuring all relevant details are recorded correctly.

Verify the accuracy of order information, including product codes, quantities, pricing, discounts, shipping details, and customer information.

Data Accuracy:
Review and cross-reference incoming sales orders with purchase orders, contracts, or other relevant documents to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Identify discrepancies or errors in the order information and collaborate with the sales team or customers to resolve any issues promptly.

Communication:

Collaborate closely with the sales team, customer service, and warehouse personnel to clarify order details, resolve order-related inquiries, and ensure timely order processing.

Communicate any changes, delays, or potential issues related to sales orders to the appropriate stakeholders.

Documentation:
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all sales orders, including order modifications, cancellations, and special instructions.

Generate and distribute order-related documents such as order confirmations, packing lists, and invoices as needed.

Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the order entry process for increased efficiency and accuracy.

Participate in discussions about system enhancements or process changes to optimize the order management workflow.

Quality Control:
Conduct regular audits of sales order data to ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and customer agreements.

Report any trends or issues related to order accuracy or data integrity to management.

Vehicle Tracking:

Track vehicles' with the help of SCM Team.
Share the appointment details with respective eCustomers.
Monitor appointment adherence.
Ensure strict compliance with customer regulations by drivers/Vehicles.
Identify onroad exceptions and take immediate remedial action(s).

Experience - Fresher

This position is based on third party payroll

Salary:
₹200, ₹235,000.00 per year
