Job Designation:
CNCMachine operator


Qualification and Experience:
ITI/DME with minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in CNC Machine operator cum programmer.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Hands on experience in CNC VMC & Turning machines.
  • Understand & Develop CNC programs for milling machine & develop/Prove out components as per process guideline.
  • Experience in 2D. programming
  • Experience in 3 axis machines with hands on controls
  • Should have proper knowledge of setting, Jig/Fixtures.
  • Knowledge about Problem solving methods.
  • Should be strong in documentation process, programme development and subsequent revisions.
  • Should be responsible for the quantity & quality of output produced in the machines.
  • Should be able to read and understand Drawings, Work instructions.
  • Should have basic knowledge on selecting Tool Holders, Cutting tools, Inserts, Cutting parameters.
  • Should have knowledge and skill of using measurement instruments like Micro meter, VernierCalliper, Height gauge, Bore dial gauge etc.
  • Should be flexible to work in shifts.
  • Should have knowledge on 5S and Safety
