Job Profile and Responsibilities
- To take production batches as per the BMW & Work Instructions for Acid/Direct Dyes
- To ensure full product conversion by inprocess testing viz. Diazo, Coupling, TLC, Spot Test
- To ensure equipment available for batches with proper engineering control pH sensor/ meter, temperature indicator & load cell
- To keep work area clean & neat to avoid any disturbance in the process along with the proper ventilation of unavoidable gases
