Job Purpose:

What you will be doing:

Successfully roll out Global People System (Success Factor) modules & maintain error free data & processes.
Partner with the HRIS Global Team and relevant parties to define HR processes and/or system enhancements for our global template.
Collaborate with the HRIS Global Team to resolve system issues.
Consult with cross functional teams and departments to determine GPS needs.
Collaborate closely with HR team to increase Employees and Managers engagement.
Develop and maintain HR guidelines related to GPS.
Educate employees to handhold GPS system usage.
Analyse and interpret HR data from HRIS and provide insights to the management and leadership team.
Ensuring all compliance trainings assigned to individual employees are completed within the due dates.

Who you are:

Any graduate (preferably in Human Resources)
02 years' experience in HRIS Operations.
Systematic and organized in prioritization and work ethic.
Analytical skill and should have ease to work with data.
Ability to communicate effectively with employees with high responsiveness.
Proficient in Excel, Power point & any other analytical tool.
