Job Title
Project Management General Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

Project Management:

Prepare detailed project management, construction schedules for construction, restoration and refurbishment projects. Ensure accuracy of Tenders.
Supervise Construction Managers to monitor construction progress, worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes.
Work with senior management, stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, high quality and within budget.
Create and implement systems and processes for cost and timeline efficiencies.
Prepare periodic reports, weekly project snapshots, action plan.
Coordinate Architects, Designers, Consultants, Admin personnel, Technical Teams, Vendors, etc.
Ensure strong reporting system, track progress.
Introduce and execute Site 5S method.
Identify issues impacting project, provide solutions.

Lead regular project review meetings with senior management.

Inventory & Logistics Operations:

Coordinate with Purchase & Admin personnel, Data personnel, Contractors, Vendors, etc.

General:

Create, operate systems for smooth operations.
Continuously improve systems, technology, communication practices, ensuring decreasing costs, highest quality and timely delivery.
Analyse, manage, mitigate risks.
Finalize organisation structure, number of staff required at various categories.

Reporting to Managing Directors

Qualification
B.E- Civil Engineering / ME Structural Master in Project Management or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 15 Years managing various projects.
