**Job Description:
- **We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and

optimize our digital marketing organic and paid campaigns across all digital channels.

You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to

lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

**Responsibilities:
- *
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database,
  • Need to grow company social media presence
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the
insights

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user
experience

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experience across
multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for
adoption where appropriate

**Requirements and skills:
- *
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database,
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital
campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram, LinkedIn.

  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Solid knowledge of webmaster tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns (Google AdWords)
  • Basic Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking
  • Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and
measurement

  • Experience in managing like WordPress
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • PPC
Campaign Management: 3 years (preferred)

  • Digital marketing: 5 years (preferred)
