Brief about the Team

The Training - Content Team at Tata 1mg plays a pivotal role in managing and curating Supply Chain & B&M Retail training content.

Their responsibilities encompass creating videos, Posters, and other Training collaterals to educate Supply Chain and retail employees about Process, Soft skills, and behavioral aspects.

They also ensure the accuracy and reliability of this information by collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and cross-functional teams.

What will you do:

Support in creating Videos, Infographics, Posters, Newsletters, Presentations, and other content formats
Assist in researching engaging ideas of other company trends, and topics for content creation.
Review and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and proper formatting
Creation of Memo cards/Flashcards and other relevant training collaterals
Identify opportunities to enhance content quality, format, or distribution
Support in creating LMS content
Collaborate with our team to develop content strategies.

What we are looking for:

Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe After Effects
Video Editing Software like Filmora
Photoshop
Basic Lightroom
Canva & Coral Draw
Adobe Illustrator
Available for 6 months
