  • The key purpose of the role is to manage engagement with marketing stakeholders and effectively drive product release contents and expected product capabilities/customer journey for various consumer facing digital properties for Vida (Hero EMBU). The role will own solutions/ products needed for Marketing functions for Hero's EV business from conceptualize, design, solution and implementation.
    A purpose driven role for you
  • 1. Break business requirements into deliverable IT Projects. Integrate with marketing teams to develop business plan
  • 2. Define and take ownership of prioritizing and driving the product backlog. Work with stakeholders to produce personas, detailed user journeys, acceptance criteria and designs ready for implementation
  • 3. Ensure Program / Project goals are reached within budget, on schedule and with quality deliverables having customer focus
  • 4. Lead the offshore AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Development team to deliver new functionalities /capabilities on existing Website/Digital assets
  • 5. Bring in innovation and ideas which will help business to make decision faster and help the GTM quickly. Also help in maintaining zero escalation and operational tasks to be performed quickly

  • 2. Digital Platform Awareness Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, JIRA etc.
  • 3. Has led or contributed to POCs, Solutions/ Digital asset development
  • 4. Project Management and support to Business on the existing functionalities and Implementation of new Initiatives and processes
