Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective social media strategies to meet the company's marketing objectives.
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
Conduct research and stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to optimize content and strategy.
Analyze social media performance using various analytics tools and generate reports to track key metrics and insights.
Stay informed about industry developments, emerging platforms, and digital marketing trends to recommend new strategies and initiatives.
Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and monitoring performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role with at least 6 months of experience.
Indepth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Creative thinking and problemsolving skills to develop innovative social media campaigns.
Understanding of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
