    Summary

    Werelooking to hire an Account Coordinator who can provide daytodayadministrative support. Candidates applying for the role should behighly organized and able to perform multiple tasks for differentteams/clients at the same time. The Candidate should drive growthto our company by being an essential part of the Account Managementteam.

    Responsibilities
    • Updateinternal databases with accountinformation.
    • Preparingfinancial statements and managing accounts payable andreceivable.
    • Recordingand maintaining accurate financial transactions in ledgers oraccounting software undersupervision
    • Coordinatemeetings calls and demos for the Account Managementteam.
    • Runningpayroll everymonth.


    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Provenwork experience as an AccountCoordinator.
    • Goodto havepayroll.
    • Conductingsimple financial analysis under supervision such as calculatingratios or comparing financial data overtime.
    • Handlethe statement of the transaction from the client side and thereimbursement for theemployees.
    • Excellentcomputer skills (MS Office inparticular).
    • Handsonexperience with any Zoho software like Zoho Books forpayroll.
    • Organizationaland timemanagementskills.
    • Strongcommunication skills with a problemsolvingattitude.
    • Mustbe aGraduate.
    MustShould carry his/her laptop to the officedaily.

    Requirements: Proven work experience as an Account Coordinator.Good to have payroll. Conducting simple financial analysis undersupervision, such as calculating ratios or comparing financial dataover time. Handle the statement of the transaction from the clientside and the reimbursement for the employees. Excellent computerskills (MS Office in particular). Hands-on experience with any Zohosoftware like Zoho Books for payroll. Organizational andtime-management skills,. Strong communication skills with aproblem-solving attitude. Must be a Graduate. Must - Should carryhis/her laptop to the office daily.
